I provide 60, 75, and 90 minute massages customized to the clients needs. My specialty is deep tissue and trigger point work. I can also provide active and passive stretching to help with the clients range of motion, or a Swedish massage for stress relief and relaxation. Helping people out of pain is the biggest reward, as I had struggled with chronic back pain for years.
