My design services are determined by project scope and start at $3,500 to ensure quality and attention to detail, with consulting options beginning at $400. My pricing model is built on transparency. I provide an upfront design cost so you know exactly what to expect going into your project. I do not take commissions on furniture sales and instead pass any savings onto you, ensuring selections are based solely on what is best for you and your space. Additional services beyond the design, such as subcontractor management, managing deliveries, and staging, are billed at an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Stage I: Initial Consultation & Discovery I begin with a free initial consultation to understand your vision, needs, and timeline. This meeting helps me learn about your lifestyle, functional requirements, and any challenges that need to be addressed in the final space. Stage II: Concept Development & Design Proposal After our consultation, I create a detailed design proposal outlining the concept, scope of work, and estimated costs. This includes mood boards, textures, and color palettes to help visualize the design. We collaborate to refine the concept until it aligns with your style and needs. Stage III: Design Development & Planning Once the concept is approved, I take measurements and create to-scale 3D mockups. I also compile a list of furniture, materials, and any necessary subcontractor work to bring the design to life. Stage IV: Furniture Curation & Coordination With the design finalized, I source furniture and decor within your budget, prioritizing quality craftsmanship and work from local vendors and artisans. I keep you involved throughout the selection process to ensure every piece fits your space and vision. Stage V: Implementation & Execution (Optional) I coordinate deliveries, installations, and any subcontractor work to ensure a smooth process. My goal is to handle the logistics and problem-solving, making the experience stress-free while keeping you updated on progress. Stage VI: Project Completion As the project nears completion, I conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets high standards. I provide guidance on maintaining your new furnishings and finishes, addressing any final details or concerns to ensure your space is both beautiful and functional.
