Please read before selecting us for your project needs… Here at Asheville Carpentry, customer service is paramount, so I feel it’s important to start by explaining our process. (FYI - Thumbtack charges every service provider you select regardless of whether you respond to them or hire them. Please be thoughtful when selecting as most small businesses operate on super tight margins.) We’ll always make best efforts to get back to you ASAP. Our goal is to respond to your request the same business day. From there, we typically schedule an on-site meeting within 3-5 business days. And when it comes to project scheduling, we strive to keep our schedule booked out at least several weeks. (And, like you, we don’t like working 7 days per week, so if you reach out over the weekend, we’re likely with family or friends, just like you!) Ok, on to the good stuff! We provide reliable, trustworthy service to homeowners, business owners, and property managers. We focus on carpentry, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance.
