- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price all work on a project basis (not hourly).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more info that can be provided up front, the better. That allows us to help most quickly and efficiently. We typically like to meet customers and check things out prior to providing any kind of pricing, though we may make exceptions for small, straightforward projects.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's rarely best to hire someone based solely upon price and (immediate) availability. I recommend finding someone that's a good fit for both you and your project(s). Find someone that's open and honest, someone that will stand behind their work. Read reviews and don't be afraid to ask for references!
