- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so often times we would prefer to talk to you quickly about your project so we can provide you with an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to connect on a quick call to understand the project and schedule an on-site. Many of our clients are repeat customers and we can occasionally price a quick estimate over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are trained and recieve continuing education. We encourage growth within the organization. Many of our employees have been with us for years, which allows us to tap into years and years of knowledge.
