Caroline’s staff is exceptionally capable and thorough and punctual. I was anxious about having strangers greet my three big dogs and manage their behavior and needs while I was at work. The meet and greet put me at ease. These are professionals! They are responsive to ever changing circumstances around the house and I have no concerns when I travel. They send photos and updates for each visit! I was grateful to have this service in place when one dog unexpectedly needed surgery and special care with increased visits. The communication and attention to detail is A+. Would highly recommend WNC Pet Care to anyone!

Excellent - I have used WNC Pet Care twice in the last couple of weeks and it has made a positive difference in giving me peace of mind regarding my cats while I’m away. They have an excellent system for communicating during the away period that allows for very nice visit reports !

Caroline is an amazing pet sitter. She is incredibly knowledgeable about animal health. She texted me pictures/videos of my kids daily. She didn’t hesitate to text me with any questions regarding my English Bulldog and kitty. When I arrived home after my trip away, it was if I had never left. My pets were happy and healthy. When I go on another getaway, Caroline will the first person I choose to take care of my kids. She is the best...kind, caring and knowledgeable!

Caroline has been incredible with 4 month old pupper. He already loves her #and she does an amazing job keeping me up to date on their walks, any new tricks he learned and the ppl he met with some of the best pics and videos I have of him. Can't recommend enough!
