Dan and his team did an excellent job on my new home remodel. This included: popcorn and crown molding removal, repainting all walls and trim, new floors and baseboards, new decorative wood beams in the ceiling, fully remodeled kitchen, as well as partially remodeled bathrooms, and a new timber staircase to my newly tiled back porch. He used best materials and many times suggested great design ideas, while being cost effective and staying within my budget. I felt communication was good and I felt safe leaving the team to get on with their work in my home. The finished result, while taking a bit longer, did exceed my expectations. I am very happy with the results and am enjoying the aesthetic as well as practical improvements in my new home.

What started out as much needed remodel of our master bath turned into a total redo of all 3 of our bathrooms, a new laundry room and a beautiful walk-in closet. We were so fortunate to find Peak Renovations to bring our 1970s place into the current century. We especially appreciated Dan’s vision of what could be done. We trusted his judgment and were never disappointed in the results and in fact, we’re surprised at what could be done with what he had to work with. All the work was quality and it took no time to realize we could trust our place to Dan and his crew. I would not hesitate to call on Dan to tackle additional projects.

Dan was absolutely fantastic to work with. I hired Peak Renovations to do a full remodel of my father’s house in Brevard NC so we could rent it out. The remodel was done remotely, which can be another added challenge. He continuously sent progress pictures throughout the project, calling with updates frequently, and was always easy to get ahold of. Payment process and the contract was easy and clear with expectations on both sides. The quality of work is top notch, I would 100% hire him for other projects and recommend him to others! I hired Dan to renovate a friend's bathroom. I am so glad I chose him and will definitely ask for his help in future projects. He quickly responded to our Thumbtack request for a quote. His quote was well in line for the work we desired and he stayed in budget. These are the things that impressed me the most about Dan and his crew - Communication was great. They listened and readily answered any questions we asked. They arrived on time and even stayed late into the evening to finish the day's work. We felt safe leaving them alone in the house. Dan understood what we wanted and at the same time gave us great suggestions of ways to improve the layout and design. My wife and I credit Dan and his crew with giving us the WOW! Factor in both bathrooms, the master bath that doubles as a guest bath and even my smaller half bath. Dan began with a very detailed contract for the jobs that were booked three months out. It was worth the wait! We were advised just where to find the tile for the floor and shower, and Viktor, the tile man/workman extraordinaire, consulted with us on the most aesthetic tile placement. The tile treatment around the mirror and splash guards was a particular triumph. Viktor executed our design to perfection. Dan selected the beautiful glass doors and bathtub, and we selected the vanities and other items. Dan gave guidance on some selections that turned out to be wise and critical for a longer-term satisfaction, from vented fans to hardware replacement to reducer transitions to wainscoting. It was a long process, but we couldn’t be more pleased with the result!
