- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a variety of different services that can fit into about every budget. That being said, we only use the very best musicians and will never compromise the quality of the show by partnering with cheaper, substandard musicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, there is an online inquiry and can handle all of the interaction via email. However, we are still old fashioned and enjoy a good phone conversation. We want to make sure we satisfy all of your expectations and desires so those will be outlined and agreed on before we move to the booking stages. We prefer to think of ourselves as your partner (ok...we know we won't be marrying you if it's your wedding...that's your other partner) - Together we will make this the best event possible for you and your guests!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our musicians have been performing for years and are extremely polished when it comes to interacting with an audience.
