- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• We are strict on our time going job to job, any additional time after the 2 hour minimum mark will be considered another hour. (charged hourly.) •Any item over 250+ pounds is considered a specialty move I would do a flat rate, depending on details of the move
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• We usually take a walk-through/inventory of the home so we know what items need to be loaded in for a nice safe pack/load also we keep an eye out of any unusual damaged furniture & take picture beforehand • Loading usually takes longer than unloading depending on the area or any flight of stairs or long walkways the truck can’t get to so be aware of that • please be on point and sure of what’s all needing to go beforehand and start our moving process our guys/ movers are quick and stay focused on what needs to go next
