FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to receive an hourly rate initially and for one time cleans. My set minimum being $75. Once I am familiar with a property, I have the necessary information to offer a set cost per cleaning. Factors that influence my pricing: - distance of travel - size and condition of property - frequency of service - supplying own cleaners and equipment - condition and effectiveness of equipment provided by client - eco friendly cleaners - pets - level of expectations of customer and duties to be performed - intensity of micromanagement by client
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I would want to see the job and discuss in detail the expectations and specific requirements with the client before quoting and accepting a job. Using Thumbtack has provided me with some challenges in regards to my typical process. However, I am flexible and open to new ways of doing things.
