- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As an locally owned and independent owner of a Mr Handyman franchise we use scope of work pricing based on national averages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the initial call we may ask for pictures or may be able to provide a range of pricing for the job. If necessary we will provide an on site estimate. If we can do the job that day and you accept the pricing we'll do the work. If we need to order materials or estimate a multi day job, we'll reach out from the office once the estimate is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our field service professionals have a minimum of 8 years multi-faceted experience in various trades within the Handyman spectrum. The Mr Handyman business is Age Safe Certified and capable of home assessments for aging in place as well performing necessary installations and modifications to the home.
