Chip did a caulking job for me. His communications were very professional. He brought the tools he needed. Took care of the caulking job, even noticing some additional areas needing attention that I had overlooked. Very friendly, as well. I'd use him again in a heart-beat for anything within his skillset (which I understand to be pretty broad).
