Taylor to the rescue! I have an older woman with limited resources whose hot water heater went out. On day 2 when I asked how things were going with the replacement, I realized I needed to help her. After a few tries I reached out to Freedom Flow Plumbing on Thumbtack and was helped IMMEDIATELY. And him realizing that I was helping a neighbor in need, he pitched in as well. Fantastic experience!
