Taylor to the rescue! I have an older woman with limited resources whose hot water heater went out. On day 2 when I asked how things were going with the replacement, I realized I needed to help her. After a few tries I reached out to Freedom Flow Plumbing on Thumbtack and was helped IMMEDIATELY. And him realizing that I was helping a neighbor in need, he pitched in as well. Fantastic experience! I'll be shouting the praises to anyone who needs a great plumber movie forward. Job was done within 7 hours of the initial call and done right. How's that for service???

We needed a water shut-off installed in our kitchen for our refrigerator (old house = no shut-off behind the fridge). Taylor was able to respond within a day or our request, provided a free estimate (at a reasonable cost based on other work we’ve had done) and got to work that day. He was able to complete the work we needed done that day and cleaned the up after he was done. We now have the peace of mind that should there be a rupture in that water line or we need to repair the fridge, we have an easy way to turn off the water without shutting off the water to the entire house. We will have no qualms about hiring him again for future work.
