- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every video project is different. I like to meet with my customers, get to know them and find out what they want. This gives us the opportunity to avoid paying for things you don't need and also give you creative options which may be more affordable then you think. Every customer is in a different situation and has different needs and wants. There are occasions where I offer discounts based on the customers current situation but that is done on an individual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I start with an email or phone call to get a rough idea about the event or project, and schedule a meeting. At the meeting I get to know the customer more and collect more information in regards to planners, photographers, DJ's and others that I would be working with to make your event or project as special as it can be. I create a contract and receive a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was initially trained by television media professionals but my most effective training has been my twenty four years of experience.
