Lauren is an excellent personal trainer who emphasizes safe and effective form and movement in all of her sessions. She has always made sure that I was performing every exercise properly, down to the tiniest detail, to ensure that I am able to operate at my best both under and without her supervision. Lauren seeks to educate her clients and help them utilize their full physical potential, regardless of prior conditions or circumstances, and wants to see them all succeed. She never pushes her clients beyond what they are comfortable with and makes every single session enjoyable, which makes it very easy to stay committed to their long term goals.

Lauren was great!! She designed a plan just for me and my trouble areas. She is extremely knowledgeable, I highly recommend her.

Lauren spent time listening to what I needed and then developed a plan for how to achieve my goals. Then she has guided me through regular workouts that are vary between every session to keep each one focused on my goals but avoids the boredom of doing the same thing everytime. She is extremely supportive and checks-in with me before each session and adjusts the plans based on how I'm doing!! I couldn't be happier with the process and progress!!
