- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the best fair prices for our customers without sacrificing our exceptional customer service. We understand the needs for Veterans and Seniors therefore, we have special discounts for them. We take pride in helping my community and in my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with communicating with the customer sorting out the details that include distance, scheduling, and pricing. We work with the customer to make them feel that they are getting a fair deal and provide the best customer service for their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in the recycling business for over 20 years supervisors and dealing with customers. During our years of service in the recycling industry we were trained with the most intense safety programs. Our background will help us get the job done right and safely.
