- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to make sure customers get the best price for the highest quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by scheduling a free onsite quote, once our pro has been to the site and discussed style of fence, measurements and customer expectations, we put estimate together and send via email (We do ask our customers to allow 24 hours before estimate is sent). We like to check material prices with our vendors to make sure our customers are getting the best price. We are available via text or email to answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JC and all employees have a total of 6-9 years of experience installing fences.
