I want to give a special thanks to John at NCHC. Our AC quit on us on July 2nd and he was able to fix our AC system the next day. We were planning to host a 4th of July party and we were so grateful to have AC for our party.If you have a leaky Lenux, make sure to call NCHC. They were able to replace just the AC portion of the system and keep the furnace. This saved me a lot of money.Thanks again John and NCHC technicians!

My wife and I went with NCHC for our addition at our house in Apex, NC.Prior to using NCHC, my wife and I had used a privately owned HVAC company in Cary, NC for 10 years. Prior to breaking ground on our addition, the owner of our previous HVAC company had sold the company to 72 degrees. As a result, prices went up, quality of service went down, and the "Comfort Specialists" were trying to sell us overpriced equipment that we did not need. We felt more of like a mark than a valued customer.After much research, I found NCHC and immediately connected with its' owner Franck Siri. The company mirrored the same business model and ethics as my last HVAC company in Cary. No salesmen, no upsell, customer service focused, high quality product for fair price, and highly knowledgeable staff. Unlike 72 Degrees, Franck verified that my current 2 Ton Gas Pack unit did not need to be upgraded to handle the extra sq footage.As for the install, the rough in went very well. It's was not until the final hook up that we came across a problem with the line set. During this time a new owner of NCHC, John Ferraro, came onboard. John was very professional, came on site review the challenges, and made things right.We are currently 2 weeks after the install of our new Trane split system for the upstairs. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase. We will likely return in a few years to work with John and NCHC to upgrade the gas pack on the 1st floor.
