4 Hearts did an excellent job installing my garage racks and was flexible with the scheduling as the delivery was delayed. This pushed the job back by a day but they made themselves available despite that. However l, the best part of the service was that they were personable and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use them for other projects.

I had four main items to be handled by Chris: Install two chandeliers, uncrate a large, heavy desk and install legs, hang various artwork, and install a hook for my key lanyards. He accomplished all to my satisfaction and within the allotted time, even though he had to go to a local hardware to get items missing for one chandelier (not his fault!) He worked hard, quickly, and with a balanced dose of perfectionism to make sure everything was exactly right. I am happy with his work. A plus for me was to meet his son, Thomas, a great go-fer for his dad and a wonderful conversationalist for me.

We had a post renovation punch list/tenant requests that needed to be done, and we chose 4 Hearts to help us. Chris was very communicative, and as a homeowner that was not able to be at the house, made me feel extremely comfortable. Chris was kind, helpful, thorough, punctual, and very easy to work with. He added suggestions based on his experience, and sent pictures/documentation of everything he did. We will definitely work with him again in the future

We like to really understand the customer’s needs and expectations. We ask lots of questions to ensure we are aligned and offer options that could optimize or improve the outcomes based on experience. Everything we do we view as if we were working on our own Mother’s home.
