I worked with Kirk and Twila at Luxury Kitchen Bath Express to remodel my primary bathroom. This was my first time partaking in any sort of home remodel project, and I couldnt have picked a better team to work with. From the start Kirk and Twila were great with communication. They were open to giving me design suggestions that would really take my bathroom to the next level while working within my budget. I appreciated them being open with setting project expectations so it gave me an idea of what to expect every step of the way. If schedule is important to you as well, I would recommend KB express. This was my only full bath so the remodel required relocation for me. Even with project changes (requested by me) they continued to work diligently to get the job done in a timely manner without risking quality. The team they work with is the best of the best and everyone was friendly and welcoming when I stopped by to check on progress. Cant recommend Luxury Kitchen Bath Express enough!

Absolutely thrilled with my tub to shower conversion! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team was attentive to my needs and offered great design suggestions that really made the space feel bigger.The new shower looks fantastic and is so much more functional for my lifestyle. I love the spacious feel and the modern fixtureswe added a toilet upgrade as well and they completely transformed my bathroom. Plus, it's so much easier to clean now! Really enjoyed the experience with Kirk and team.

We did a major kitchen remodel with Luxury KB Express, which included completely gutting the kitchen and dining room, cutting out walls, and replacing all of our downstairs floors. We had never done a project like this but Kirk and Twila made it as painless as possible. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and Twila brought it to life and gave us great suggestions along the way. It was really cool getting to 'see' our new kitchen in virtual reality before the project even started. Every step of the process was clearly communicated and they were always available to answer our questions. I mostly work from home so I was around when a lot of the work was being done, and every single employee and subcontractor I came in contact with was top-notch: courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. All parts of the project that were within their control were on time. We had a delay due to city inspections being backed up around the holidays, but Kirk stayed on top of it and kept us informed of the status. We were able to view the project schedule online and could always see what was coming up and who was scheduled to be at our house. That was important, as this was a big project that took several weeks, and we were juggling kids, a dog and me working from home. Our new kitchen is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Luxury KB Express!

Luxury KB Express remodeled our primary bathroom. They helped us redesign the bath with new shower tile, new flooring, and a new vanity and countertop, all using very high-quality materials. They also helped us make choices to keep the remodel in our budget.Their tradespeople all did exceptionally good work, and they were very professional, courteous, and just super-nice people.Luxury KB Express kept us informed of the project schedule at every step, through demo, tile and flooring installation, vanity and countertop installation, painting, and lighting and accessory installation.We're very happy with the end result. Luxury KB Express built us a beautiful primary bath. Every detail of the craftsmanship is exceptional. We will definitely contract them to remodel our kitchen and other bathrooms in the future.
