Never having had a reiki session before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but went in with an open mind.
Jillian has such positive calming energy that I immediately felt at ease. She explained what would happen, made sure I was comfortable, and let me know I could request to stop at any time.
I think the experience of reiki probably varies greatly, but I had such a relaxing and positive experience, that I absolutely recommend Intentional Connections if you are interested in reiki.

Jillian is an one of the most intuitive people I have come across, and her ability to sense what people need during reiki sessions speaks to that. You can tell that her heart and her mind are fully engaged in how she helps people get what they need out of their sessions, and I cannot recommend her strongly enough.
