- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask about our new client special- half off for the first two months. Also, our website has detailed information in the services section for more in-depth pricing. Billing is typically per project/month contracts and not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll first do a discovery call to determine if we'll be a good fit to work together. This is a no-cost call for you. From there, we'll determine the right package for you, a timeline for getting started, and create a workflow for setting up the right systems. The bottom line is this: I will make sure everything is clear and that you and I align on what will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned BS (2001, Southeastern University), MA (2002 AGTS), and DMIN (2024 Western Theological Seminary) degrees. I have over 20 years of executive experience and am also a pastor, meaning I work with many different kinds of people to help them grow and develop spiritually. Because of this perspective and experience, he sees opportunities where others may only see problems.
