FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate for a 30 minute lesson is $80for and $125. In addition I offer a 5 lesson series in each time increment that gives the client a $50 discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start our first session I like to interview my Client to get as much information as I can to find out what their goals are & what they enjoy most about the game. This process takes 5 - 10 minutes. Here are a few of the questions that I ask in an initial interview: Why do you want to take golf lessons? What are the strongest & weakest areas of your game? Do you have any physical limitations? What are your ball flight tendencies? How much time do you have to devote to playing & practicing? Next, we will go outside and I will observe the student hitting some shots and diagnose the areas where they need the most improvement. In addition, I ask the student about what they are trying to do in their motion. Many times their is a conflict between what a student thinks they need to do to get better vs what is needed. After diagnosing their issues I can work on correcting the area that needs the most attention. Towards the conclusion of our initial appointment I will recommend a program that I think is best suited to serve the students specific needs.
