I started working with Taegen since October 2021. It was my first time having an online personal training coach. I was nervous and clueless on everything and Taegen took it to the next level by walking me through every little step. My goals are to strengthen my core and tone down my legs. I used to have a terrible backache for 3 years. After training with her 3 days/week for about 2 months, the pain was gone. I am so pleased with my personal training with Taegen and with the results that I am achieving. This is the first time I find myself actually enjoy the workout and feel motivated every time. To me, Taegen is very professional, kind, patient, and understanding person. She never misses a day to say hi, care about my nutrition, and always keep me moving. I am very pleased and happy that she is my personal coach.

Taegen has been amazing with my daughter, 16 years old, in a remote setting. Holding her accountable for both workouts and nutritional eating. I was skeptical of the remote aspect, but we asked Taegan to check-in with our daughter 2-3 times a day. She's done that and can't thank her enough. I’ve been training with Taegen for 6 months now. I wasn’t sure what it would be like to have a trainer but the experience has been awesome. Taegen is very active in her training process. She sends updates, motivation, and check in daily. That has been really beneficial for me because I have been going through a challenging time recently so seeing her texts everyday reminded me of my goal and made me feel less alone. Anytime I have any suggestions for my training plan Taegen takes in what I have to say and tailors something amazing for me. With my consistency I hope to see further results in the future. I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and have worked for a Chiropractic office, interned with Athletic Training and Strength and Conditioning, have trained for sports performance through high school and college.
