What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat monthly pricing so my clients know in advance how much their bookkeeping bill is going to be.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free discovery call (15 minutes) where I know more about their business and their problems. Then I send the client a proposal. If they agree to it, I send them my engagement letter. After they sign the documents, they add me to their QuickBooks Online profile as an accountant and I can start working on their books right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 certifications from QuickBooks Online. A ProAdvisor Certification, an Advanced Certification and Payroll Certification.
