I will someday look at my competitors pricing and see where I fare but I have yet to do that I just price things at what I think I would pay for that service

my typical process for working with a new customer is to talk to them get all the relevant information and set up an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and Training, over the years I have learned so much and with insects there is so much more for me to learn I enjoy knowing their habits, and their habitats should do more effective treatments so I'm always trying to learn as much as I can about my target tests. There is also learning that you have to do before you can pass the tests to become a pesticide applicator and I enjoy doing that also.
