- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm keeping my pricing fair so that anyone who wishes may have a professional portrait of their family, special occasion or just because.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a phone conversation to get a basic understanding what the client is looking for. Depending on the project, I will meet in person to discuss further details and confirm a date/time and location that is perfect for them. I will send a series of emails that include the details we agreed upon, a contract of services for their signature, a questionnaire for the shoot and an invoice for a "hold the date" non-refundable deposit that is applicable to the total session price. The final payment is due the day of the shoot and the photos will be delivered via an on-line gallery within 2 weeks from the shoot.

I love to work with all types of people and am game to be a part of almost any event. I've worked with couples, families, wily toddlers, menagerie of animals, teenagers and high school seniors.
