- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and competitive. I do offer discounts to non-profit websites. One thing to note is that I do not cover hosting fees (purchasing of domains, hosting subscriptions, and/ or any plugins). I will happily answer any questions you have about these fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will start with a phone call to discuss the specifics of your website needs. This includes what platform you have or desire, the content to be included, media, etc. Then based on your needs I will quote you the cost for designing your website. I send a follow up email to gather more information about your website needs and an invoice for both of our records should we move forward together!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many types and sizes of businesses. I make many personal sites and e-commerce sites. I typically do not do long term management and up keep of sites, but this service is available.
