- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. I have a basic pricing matrix, that is relational to size of house, expectations, and degree of cleaning. However, each customer's needs are different, and I try to tailor my service and pricing accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear what a customer is looking for in general. Then, ideally, I would like to look at the job in person and be able to ask my customer more specific questions regarding their expectations and requests. Through a platform like Thumbtack, I will look at the request and depending on circumstance, arrive a starting quote. From this point, I encourage feedback and exchange to arrive at an agreement that works well for both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done quite a bit of cleaning in relation to retail jobs that I've held, and have cleaned for both family/friends and clients.
