Silas is my Mr Fix It. I might as well have him on speed dial because if I need something done, he’s who I call. He built a bench in my kitchen breakfast nook, added outlets where we needed them, changed all my light fixtures, changed the rotting wood on my house, and the list goes on! I have yet to have a project I needed done that Silas couldn’t do. He’s a great electrician, builder, and hard worker. He is very responsive, professional, and does a wonderful job. His prices are very competitive, as a lot of businessmen take advantage of people in this field of work. That’s what I love about Silas - he is honest and will get the job done. Give him a call. Silas done a terrific job adding cabinets to my bathroom. I very much needed space for the towels. He is also working on a closet for me. He has already started by building a clothes rack. He is extremely creative and does a fantastic job every single time. He doesn’t mind taking his time to make sure you are satisfied. He walked me through the entire experience. I would definitely hire him again because he is able to do just about anything and if not he takes the time to learn how to do it in order to make sure he produces quality work every single time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the job if possible work out what exactly the homeowner wants and go from there. On larger projects I like to get a 50% deposit to cover the cost of materials with the remaining payable upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years working in construction familiar with all phases of home building and remodeling
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Done this all my life but got a lot of experience after hurricane Katrina where I done a lot of electrical and plumbing and fixed a lot of water damage and rotten wood. I was able to help a lot of people in a time of disaster.
