- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45-$75/hr or a flat fee thereabout for most jobs depending on distance to worksite(s), however custom jobs or requests with various "layers" will have custom quotes, and travel time/supplemental parts pickup is also a factor. we do give price breaks the longer that we are on site or if there are multiple sites within the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
all of our quotes are Ballpark. Generally it's been our experience that customers have an idea and will tighten it up as they wrap their mind about their project. Commercial clients are generally a different matter as it's about the bottom line with most of them, but we believe in meeting halfway so they get the most bang for their buck and a particular project can be profitable
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
co-owner Sabir trained as Protege with very well-known photographers in Southern Mississippi and was responsible for documentation and marketing in his past experience in nonprofit work. he also was a part of the Nationwide digital storytelling team that began out of MIT in 2005
