- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Moving is not a one size fits all type of thing. That's why at KBL we tailor a fair and accurate price based on your needs. We cut out all the unnecessary fees & charges. We try our best to give the customer a flat rate fee rather than charging an costly hourly charge plus fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will gather all important details from the customer by phone or email, sometimes to get an very accurate quote we use face-time if available. After we collect all necessary information we prepare a quote that is a flat fee charge for the customer. If customer agrees to the rate we will issue customer a basic agreement with details of the work we will perform, time addresses ect. NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITH US! On Move Day: On move day once we arrive we will do a full walk through of the home, apartment, office, make detailed notes of all major pieces of furniture and boxes. We will blanket and wrap all furniture and fragile boxes. After all item are wrapped we will start the moving process of carefully loading boxes and furniture into truck. Our crews never take breaks as a group. We constantly work on the job until it is complete.
