I have no issue with the person that came to do the job, they were very pleasant. However, there was unfortunately some unprofessionalism and a certain carelessness. I do want to note that he did great on my steel storage stand, nightstands, and swivel chair. Only 3 of the 11 items agreed on were completed and 2 were poorly done. The project that was supposed to get done in one to two visits was spread out over a few weeks and was just not prioritized despite me having paid the full amount for the job in advance, to show good faith. I have tried to talk to them to resolve this to no avail and haven’t even been able to get a refund for half of my payment. I hope they see this and learn from it in order to better the business. I’ve attached pics of the two items that were poorly done along with what they’re supposed to look like.
