I got a new motor installed - but thing thing was not working correctly. I called back, the owner came back out to my place spent hours doing all the troubleshooting and identified it was a faulty brand new motor. He got me a new new motor and spent several more hours installing it too.
He understood it was not my fault (or his) and he made it right. No new charge or fee or trying to skirt responsibility.
Just standing by his work, his name, and his reputation. When it was all said and done nearly a whole day of extra work went into the job, and he was still happy polite and telling me to not hesitate to call back if anything looked off.
I’d say this kind of costumer service, honesty, and work ethic is something you’ll rarely see in any business in the Memphis area. But here we have it in spades.
To sum it up- when everything goes well I bet lots of places could do your garage. But if I knew there might be a problem- I would 100% go with this company again!

Jimmy is very friendly and listens to your concerns. We had a mishap with the car and the door, and he came out almost immediately to straighten it up as a temporary fix. Once we had approval of the claim, he quickly replaced the door. It still makes some popping sounds but he promised to come work on that as soon as the other work from the claim has been completed.
