Brent is one of the highest quality music teachers I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone who is consistent, on time, patient and able to teach to your skill level, you found the right guy. Brent has been a great coach for our 9 year old son. He’s teaching in a friendly way that is both structured and disciplined but also fun and encouraging. My son is professing really well, he’s enjoying the classes and practicing on his own in his spare time based on the homework that Brent gives him. Overall, we’re having a great experience and I’m recommending Brent to my friends and other parents.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first lesson is $30 for 30 minutes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first lesson always starts with getting to know each other. It's important for me to get a good sense of your musical ability so we can develop a healthy practice routine. I like to know what kinds of music you listen to, and who your musical heroes are. If you are a completely new to music lessons, that’s ok.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing drums and piano since I was 15. I studied jazz performance at Sonoma State University, and music education at Cal State East Bay. I play several different styles of music, and perform in various bands for a living
