The garage guru team did an amazing job repairing my garage door. I haven’t been able to use it in months and now I can finally park my truck inside. A young man named Alec was especially helpful. I doubt my door will break again since they did such a good job repairing it, but if it does I’m definitely hiring the garage guru team to repair it again.

Invited him for a fix and I’m so glad I held back on repairs till I got a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with the motor, and he said motor was bad when in fact he simply had no idea of how to do diagnostic with that garage door. Called someone else and he made it work within 5 min as switch was disconnected (nothing wrong with the motor or board as he stated/lied). He is a new business owner and perhaps in his early days, I sincerely hope he develops honest and ethical business practices or else people will eventually run him out of business. Also, it’s okay to say you don’t know something rather than trying to force an expensive repair to someone in pursuit of unethical profit.
