10/10 . Didn’t get my tv mounted because i hadn’t received my tv when i was supposed to . However , the customer service is top tier. They understood and got back to me for rescheduling after the tech showed up. I’d recommend to anyone who asks.

Response time to my request by Angela was A1. She answered all of my questions and was detailed explaining the entire process. My tech, Elias was very professional, courtesy, and friendly. I was super impressed with how well he handled my very large size TVs all on his own. I gave four stars instead of five ONLY because there was either a miscommunication on that was being installed or an oversight on the details of installation. The TV that was mounted in my living area had to be remounted due to it was obstructing my air vent and was slightly crooked. He remounted the tv without complaint, he took his time, handled with care, swept and dusted his mess once installation was complete. The second TV mounted in my bedroom was perfect! I would definitely recommend iDoctor to everyone looking for this service. iDoctor was cheaper, and had a faster response time than any other Pro I contacted for this service. So glad I chose them for my installation.
