I reached out to James as I was in a bind as other contacts I made were no shows, I needed to have my bathroom tiled and toilet replaced. He was very responsive and did his best to assure me that he would be there. He came in ready to work and did an excellent job, unfortunately I did not have enough tile but he went out of his way and said he would go and pick up the tile and finished the job. I have to say his quality and workmanship is beyond what I expected and I already have other jobs in mind and he is going to be my go to for all of them
