My appointment was at 11:00 this morning and they didn’t show. At 12:15 they showed up at my house. Said they were doing another house and that they told me 11:00 wasn’t an exact time but they would come around that time. Told her that was not true. Look at the messages we had and nowhere was that mentioned. She asked if I still wanted their services and I told her no that I did not trust her. Finally she said sorry!!! Sent them on their merry way. Nobody’s got time for that mess.

We are very sorry about what happened, but as you can understand, in this job we can not guarantee our clients a specific time, since when it comes to cleaning the most important thing for us is to do a good job and that our clients are satisfied with that, we do not work with a single client a day, therefore we may be late for a while, but we always get the job done and we have never had a problem with that, with you unfortunately we had a communication problem, but we would have liked you to tell us that you no longer needed our services when I sent you a message saying that we were on our way, we drove 30 minutes to your house, unnecessarily! Anyway, we hope you find the right person for this job.
