FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then proceed with the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us there is no guess work. We hope to establish a lasting client relationship with them. And to show that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew at 5 years old what I wanted to do. I started doing carpentry in high school, in which I became interested also in brick laying. After high school I enlisted into the military as a Carpentry & Masonry Specialist. While still enlisted as a reservist. I attended Mississippi State University, majoring in Building Construction Science, learning even more about the construction industry. I ended later getting a job preparing construction drawings as a drafting technician. I eventually began to grow out of the office space and resigned my position to get more hands on with my skills. Now here I am today still hands on, ready for what’s next!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should have these things in there mind or fully decided before even meeting with there contractor('s) to gather quotes. 1. Want They want done (Scope of work) 2. When they want the work to start (timeline) 3. What they want to spend (budget) From there the contractor can give you numbers based on the scope of work, tell you whether they can make the timeline work or not, and tell you if the price is reasonable or not.
