10/10 recommend!!!I have used The Organized Drawer multiple times and each time Melanie & her assistants continue to impress me more and more!Not only is Melanie professional & experienced, she genuinely listens and takes the time to understand each individual client and their needs & their pain points!The first project she helped me with was my bedroom closet, and I was so worried that I was going to be forced to purge most of my wardrobe! I love to shop at thrift stores and love to find unique clothing items and have no intention on stopping this hobby so when I expressed my desire for mostly organization and not necessarily minimalism, Melanie listened and helped to do just that! Of course, I still purged quite a bit, which was much needed, but it was actually not traumatizing at all like I had expected!She has since helped me with my laundry room, my entire kitchen, my mothers kitchen pantry and has done virtual consultations with me for a couple of other projects I only needed a little guidance on.I am AMAZED every single time! Ive tackled a few projects in my home, on my own, using several of the techniques, The Organized Drawer teaches when they work with you, but nothing is like having them in your home with you!I have referred many friends & colleagues and theyre never disappointed.I cant wait to use The Organized Drawer again soon!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For one organizer, it is $60 an hour. For larger projects (such as kitchens, attics, garages) that require two organizers, the cost is $120 an hour.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Step 1: We chat through your project! You explain to me your goals, pain points, and desires. We chat budget and product preferences. Step 2: We make a plan of attack. Sometimes, I can tell what we need at the beginning of a project and can recommend product up front. Sometimes, I need to work in the space first and then recommend product. A lot of times, it is a combination of the two! Step 3: I work in your space either alongside you or independently. There is a point where you will need to make decisions on items staying or leaving so it is important you are at least available at some point for that phase. Step 4: Polish the product with labels! Step 5: Enjoy your organized space!
