- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one organizer, it is $60 an hour. For larger projects (such as kitchens, attics, garages) that require two organizers, the cost is $120 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We chat through your project! You explain to me your goals, pain points, and desires. We chat budget and product preferences. Step 2: We make a plan of attack. Sometimes, I can tell what we need at the beginning of a project and can recommend product up front. Sometimes, I need to work in the space first and then recommend product. A lot of times, it is a combination of the two! Step 3: I work in your space either alongside you or independently. There is a point where you will need to make decisions on items staying or leaving so it is important you are at least available at some point for that phase. Step 4: Polish the product with labels! Step 5: Enjoy your organized space!
