I had a fly by night "contractor" talk me into painting my solid maple cabinets. He had no idea what he was doing and left my beautiful dream kitchen in ruins, globs of paint, or paint peeling everywhere immediately. It was horrific. I literally cried...A LOT over it. Then I called the guys at STL Cabinets they did what the idiot before them promised and then some! They turned a nightmare situation into a dream! I couldn't be happier with their work, their professionalism, and working with Ethan was a pleasure to work with and this actually IS a factory type finish. Please don't listen to contractors when they say they can do this. Don't make our mistake. Call the professionals to begin with!

Professional, excellent result/quality and great customer service. We hired STL Cabinet Refinishing based off of other reviews via searching the web and were not disappointed. From the beginning, the sales rep Chris, made us feel comfortable, genuine and quoted us a very reasonable price for the project (had multiple bids). Seth and Colton were amazing, extremely professional and courteous. I work from home and we have a one year old and black lab, and they made sure throughout every step of the way we were comfortable. Not only did they do an outstanding job on our kitchen cabinets, it's always nice to have someone who you can trust and get along with when they are inside your house for close to a week. Highly recommend STL Cabinet Refinishing. We would/will without a doubt re-hire and recommend to all our friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can give you a rough estimate over the phone with knowing how many doors and drawers that need to be refinished. We can give you an exact estimate when we see your kitchen in person. Right now we have a $500 discount for new customers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact thru a phone call to figure out what our customer is looking for. If we provide what they are looking for, then we will set up a time to meet in person and see the kitchen. At that meeting is when the customer will get an exact bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to build custom homes from the ground up, but kitchens are my specialty.
