- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our fees are available on our website. We offer discounts for veterans, first responders, and educators. We offer additional discounts for referrals and annual payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start with a brief phone call to discuss the scope of your project. Next, we will schedule a time to have a detailed conversation about those needs, what course of action we intend to take, and what work-product you should expect to receive. Moving forward we begin working towards achieving those goals and provide our clients with updates as necessary, or upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is composed of accountants, bookkeepers, and front office staff. We all come together to provide the best possible service to our Clients. Our accountants have either a bachelor’s degree or master's degree with a few team members maintaining their CPA accreditations. All our accountants and bookkeepers maintain their QuickBooks and Xero Pro Certifications.
