I have worked in the private security field for 14 years. I recently opened my own Private Security company called Fortify. We specialize in armed security for businesses and individuals. I am also currently the Director of Security of the largest event security company in southwest Missouri, Event Services Group, LLC. At ESG I run security for multiple events such as concerts, college and professional sports, Broadway productions, rodeos, and many others. My specialties are managing large security personnel teams and coordinating with stakeholders such as public safety committees and celebrity executive protection teams. I have also spent 20 years as a Protestant minister and was stationed around the United States for the Salvation Army. My experience and training have made me excellent at de-escalation and crisis intervention. I further honed these skills as a corrections officer for the Greene County Sheriff’s Office in Missouri’s third-largest jail. I am also a skilled martial artist, practicing boxing, MMA, taekwondo, and Jeet Kun Do. I have worked on close protection, workplace violence, labor dispute, and industrial site security details across the United States. My focus is always on the principle who hires me. I will help develop a stratiegic plan to ensure safety by all means necessary.
