Starlight was responsive with immediate quote after sending pictures and project. He came earlier than expected, and before he started it began to rain. I asked if he wanted to reschedule but he said it was no problem. Did everything in a short period of time, showed me all the pictures, and was 30% cheaper than what others were charging. Highly recommended! I’m very happy thank you Starlight!
