- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $100 minimum charge, and I price everything by the piece, not by the hour. I won't charge you more if things take longer than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll have a phone conversation, determine if I am well suited for their project, and set a date and time to begin. Pricing will be set up front, if you want to add work on the back end, we can figure something out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a handyman for 3 years, and in various trades for years before that.
