- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Properly done water filtration is not a “one shoe fits all” approach. We custom build your water system to fit your water chemistry, family water usage and size of home. Our typical process is to first test your water so that we can recommend options based on what you, the homeowner would like to remove from your family’s water. The size of family and home are also very important factors that determine the appropriate size of system needed. The last thing we do is look at the installation side of things because a water filtration system must be installed right for it to work properly. We don’t do “long-winded” sales pitches. We test, consult, answer any of your questions. and provide you with an accurate quote for what you want.
