We hired Rick and Premier Properties a few years back to remodel a bedroom and bathroom in our basement and were very satisfied with the work they did.So when we needed our main floor bathroom updated with a new shower installed we knew right away who to call.Being so close to Christmas I was a little hesitant and thought we should wait until after the holidays but he assured us that it would be completed. Once they started we realized more work than originally planned needed to be done. I was concerned we would not have a finished bathroom in time for Christmas, but Rick kept his word and we were able to have a beautiful decorated bathroom in time for Christmas.We are planning more work in a few years and I can honestly say there is no one else we would think to call but Rick and Premier Properties. They are very professional and finish in a very timely manner.

Rick and crew did a great job. This is the second time we have used them for a project ; other was a finished basement. Listens to your requests and if it can be done they will do it. We would not hesitate hire again.

Rick was prompt to set up the initial meeting. He provided some great ideas for replacing my bathtub with a shower and for demoing an extra closet. Communication was excellent as we waited for materials to be delivered, which only took a few weeks. The team of workers performed high quality work, and they cleaned up after themselves. Everything looks beautiful, and I'm so happy with my new shower, which was designed with accessibility in mind to accommodate my 94-year-old grandpa. 100% will use Premier 1 Properties again for future projects!

Rick was hired to finish out our basement and did a great job. Everyone was very courteous, responsive to our questions and concerns, and performed quality work.
