- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman Professional Services has a minimum trip free of $125. We do not charge to bid/quote. We send a quote before services start and send an invoice after. Any add-ons can be added to invoice and anything that does not need to be done will be taken off the invoice. example 1: You need a picture hung. Trip fee would apply. (you can add other services to make it worth the fee). example 2: You need a TV hung on wall (~$140) and a light fixture swapped out in the kitchen (~$75), the trip fee would not apply. example 3: You want your garage finished. This would be a bid, trip fee would not apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Payment can be done: cash, check, or this application via credit/debit card. (Venmo, cashapp, zelle etc also accepted). If there are materials involved in the project and you want us to supply them, they are marked up 12% to cover sales tax and credit card fee. If you pay via cash or check, we will give a 3% discount.
