- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service prices are fair and in the middle of the marketplace. Pricing for Leaf Relief installations are considerably lower than other highly promoted competition products with similar no-clog performance warranties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regarding gutter cleaning we typically gather information via the phone so that we can utilize online images and data to confirm a quote for scheduling. It's an efficient and accurate method. Any installation work quotes require an onsite inspection for measurements for a quotation, and can usually be arranged within a few days of the initial inquiry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bill Feil has been in and around the seamless gutter industry since 1977, and has owned and operated three companies in two different states. For the period of 2000-2008 he stepped back from business ownership to be a sales representative for two gutter protection companies, one a national brand and the other a local product line, before launching GutterX in 2008. He has supervised thousands of projects, seen and encountered almost every conceivable problem to solve, but knows that there's still a lot to learn day by day, that something totally unique is always ready to appear as a project just around the corner.
