From my first contact with Intelligent Roofing and Exterior to the completed porch and roof extension, they were easy and comfortable to work with. Any call I made were answered, or if I left a voicemail, my call was returned promptly with a knowledgeable response. Their workers all knew what they were doing, put their noses to the grindstone, and did a fabulous job. They were also courteous and left my yard clean. I was concerned about having a major project like this done; however, I am so glad I chose Intelligent Roofing & Exterior to do this job. The quality and workmanship is the best I've seen. The job was done right and feels sturdy. The roof extension flows beautifully with the original roof and looks like it is a part of my home, not an afterthought. I got my wooden deck replaced with a composite one through Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors. My project not only included replacing but I even got the new deck extended to wrap around my house in an L shape. When I initiated the request, Adam contacted me and he was very professional to work with. He explained to me the entire process; and his team, Shannon & Mary not only took care of all the permissions and logistics for us but also kept us updated through the duration of the project. The crew that came in to do the work was very efficient, they did all the work on the outside and didnt give us any reason to intervene or worry about the quality of workmanship. The deck was constructed with quality, it looks beautiful and I do not regret one bit in hiring this company. I would highly recommend Intelligent Roofing for their professionalism and the quality of work.

I wanted a small composite deck to replace a deck that I had that was built 30 years ago out of code. To say the least it was a very dangerous deck. The team at Intelligent were quick, extremely efficient, and kept me posted throughout the entire process. The level of professionalism is absolutely mind-blowing. I would recommend them to anyone to do a deck because their prices are fair and their work is absolutely top-notch. To go from a deck that look like it was about ready to fall off the house to something now that my family can enjoy the summer is absolutely priceless.

Smaller company so we give you better service than the big guys. We devote a lot of time to your project and will work with you to get your project done right. Also we price our projects very competitively.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a free consultation to discuss their project, show samples, take measurements and go over pricing information. Communication is key and we will work with the customer every step of the way. We will give you a detailed process from start to finish and keep you informed because your job is our priority.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started out as a helper building home's back in the late 80's and soon after that went to work for a remodeling company. Have always loved working on home's and helping customer's with their home improvement projects.
